About Our Princesses
Meet our royal team! Our queens and princesses are kind, sweet, and gentle, with hearts full of love for children. They embody grace and warmth, ensuring every moment is magical. Many of our performers are local professional dancers, actors, and singers, bringing their talents and charisma to life with every wave of the wand. Of course, they’re always true to character, making each experience unforgettable!

About the Venue
NEW for 2026 — we’re adding ANOTHER BALL ROOM… and it’s pure winter magic!
The Pearl Ballroom is a stunning 4,600 sq ft space featuring gorgeous chandeliers, a spacious dance floor, comfortable seating areas for parents, and a sparkling disco ball that adds just the right touch of magic to the atmosphere. The ballroom is located inside Shawn Gardner’s dance facility in Tigard and serves as the grand heart of our celebration.

Welcome to The Frozen Ballroom!
An all-blue, ice-inspired royal space that our Ice Princesses absolutely adore. This spectacular addition feels like stepping into a real frozen castle.
The Frozen Ballroom features:
❄️ A stunning balcony overlooking the celebration
❄️ A dedicated eating area for little royals
❄️ More crafts and activity stations
❄️ Extra space to twirl, explore, and celebrate!
The Frozen Ballroom is connected to the Pearl Ballroom and adds an an additional 1,700 sq ft — giving families more space to dance, play, and relax.
With the addition of this second ballroom, the experience becomes even more magical — more room to dance, more space to gather, and even more unforgettable moments.

The Portland Princess Ball is a super sweet and memorable celebration — the perfect excuse to dress up, hold hands, and share an unforgettable day together. A magical day for little royals and their favorite grown-up, and a beautiful opportunity for a special playdate with fellow little royals.
Note: this is not a formal sit-down event, and seating is limited. Tables will be available for enjoying the kids’ food and drinks, but they cannot be reserved for individual families. We anticipate that most of our younger guests will be up and moving throughout the event, so round tables will be reserved for those actively eating. Additionally, couches and benches are available for anyone who needs a break!
Admission:
Tickets: $55/child and $39/adult.
Everyone needs their own ticket, including adults.
Optional VIP Package: Add a rhinestone tiara and light-up magic wand for just $25!

Noon Session: 12 PM – 2 PM
Afternoon Session: 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
Evening Session: 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
We suggest that you arrive on time, so that you do not miss any of the live performances!
Don’t worry — we didn’t forget the grown-ups! Light refreshments are included for you, too!

Age Restriction
The minimum age for this event is 2 years old, and the maximum age is 8 years old. Children under 2 are not permitted due to safety reasons.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult. A guardian is someone who is at least 16 years of age.
Have an infant? Please leave babies at home as the ball environment can be busy and noisy. Note that we also do NOT allow strollers inside the ballroom. We also need you to closely supervise your child at all times, and we know how hard it can be to juggle two kids at once!
Dress Code:
Dress casually or go all out—it's your child's moment to feel like royalty for the day!
We guarantee plenty of fun photo opportunities.
Please remember, this is not a drop-off event. Parents and/or guardians must supervise their children at all times.

This is not a formal sit-down event, and seating is limited. A few tables will be available for enjoying the kids’ food and drinks, but they cannot be reserved for individual families. The event is designed for children aged 2-8. For safety reasons we do not allow children under 2.
All children must be accompanied by a guardian and supervised at all times.

Parking is available in Shawn Gardener's parking lot. There is also a neighborhood lot that allows us to park there, and plenty of street parking is available.

No, we will not have a professional photographer at the event. Please bring your own camera to capture the magic! There will be plenty of photo opportunities throughout the day, and we’ll also have a fully automated photo booth and printer available for you to snap and print fun memories!
